By accessing, browsing, registering, or listing products on Weeg.ng, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Nature of the Platform
Weeg.ng is an independent peer-to-peer advertising and social marketplace specifically designed for wigs, hair laces, hair extensions, and beauty services. Weeg.ng acts solely as an intermediary directory linking independent sellers ('Sellers') and individual buyers ('Buyers'). We do not own, manufacture, stock, ship, inspect, or warrant any product listed on the Platform.
2. Peer-to-Peer Transaction Disclaimer
All negotiations, product sales, shipping logistics, and money transfers occur strictly directly between the Buyer and the Seller. Weeg.ng has no involvement in the execution of individual deals. Under no circumstances shall Weeg.ng, its founders, or affiliates be liable for defective wigs, fraudulent listings, false advertising, payment defaults, or incomplete/delayed shipments.
3. Seller Fees and Premium Packages
Premium and Verified Seller subscriptions are offered on 30-day billing intervals. All purchases, feature upgrades, and verified profile badge activations are 100% non-refundable. Weeg.ng does not guarantee listings conversion rates or specific sales volumes from subscribing.
4. Permitted Conduct & Immediate Ban Policy
Users agree to keep listing quality high and engage respectfully in chat rooms. Listing prohibited/dangerous goods, using abusive language, engaging in scam attempts, spamming other members, or creating duplicate fake buyer/seller identities is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate, permanent ban, listing wipes, and potential legal action.
